Cancellation Policy

We accept that sometimes emergencies can happen so offer cancellation up to 48hrs before the scheduled appointment with the option of rescheduling. Appointments can only be rescheduled once - please contact us should you wish to discuss individual cases. Appointments cancelled less than 24hrs in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Please contact us at info@oxfordpaediatricdietitians.com to discuss any cancellations, rebookings or refunds and we will endeavour to action these as timely as possible.
